Taylor Ferguson has always harvested its Prosecco fruit from the King Valley, and this recent bottling finally takes this region’s name on the label. The intention of this range is always to produce wines with strong varietal character and the personality of their origin, and this recent bottling certainly does that. A bold and pear-filled nose with King Valley’s trademark notes of acacia and quince are backed with a gentle nuttiness. The palate is full of ripe fruit flavour but is also beautifully crisp and dry, making this an adaptable Prosecco that can fly solo or also lend solid flavour to a spritz.
